Description

Stabilize, optimize, and extend financial close and core GL/AP/AR/FA processes within Oracle Fusion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Fusion Financials to meet accounting and policy requirements.
• Drive solution design and perform gap assessments for financial processes.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in partnership with Accounting and FP&A.
• Build scalable, repeatable reporting packages using OTBI, BI Publisher, and FR Studio.
• Support month-end close, reconciliation activities, and audit readiness.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the Oracle Financials domain.
• Hands-on experience with Fusion GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and Subledger Accounting.
• Proficiency in SQL and Data Modeling.
• Experience with Oracle Financial Reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, FR Studio).
• Familiarity with EPM and Data Warehouse concepts.
• Ability to translate complex accounting and policy requirements into system behaviors.
• Experience supporting financial close and operational reporting.
