Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem, focusing on Service and Field Service operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops to document complex business processes for Service Management and Field Service.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for Oracle Fusion Service, OFSC, and OIC integrations.
• Design and configure end-to-end solutions using Oracle Fusion Service modules and OFSC components like Routing, Mobility, and Core Manage.
• Build and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion, OFSC, and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Execute unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional consultancy.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Proficiency with Oracle Fusion Service modules.
• Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Working knowledge of FBDI integration patterns.
• Ability to configure Oracle Fusion via Application Composer and Security Console.

Preferred Skills

• Develop proof-of-concepts to validate technical feasibility.
• Maintain detailed solution design documentation.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across Fusion Service, OFSC, and OIC.
