Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the functional team in delivering Oracle Cloud Financials solutions.
• Design and implement processes from both product and process perspectives.
• Plan and respond to RFPs for large bids independently.
• Analyze business requirements and create functional artifacts such as fit-gap documents, configuration guides, test scripts, and training materials.
• Conduct Cloud Application Configuration, Smoke Testing, and Regression Testing.
• Deliver complete Oracle Cloud Financials solutions from offshore, covering modules like GL, Payables, Receivables, Advanced Collections, Fixed Assets, Cash & Expense Management, Sub-Ledger Accounting, and Cloud Tax.
• Design and implement integrations to/from Oracle Cloud with third-party systems such as Salesforce, Zuora, Bank systems, and RevPro.

Skills Required:

• Must-Have:
  • Strong experience with Oracle Cloud and Oracle Fusion Financials
  • Expertise in Accounts Payable, Receivables, General Ledger, and Finance processes
  • Hands-on experience in Cloud Application Configuration, Testing, and Integrations
• Nice-to-Have:
  • Knowledge of R2R (Record-to-Report), P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes
  • Familiarity with Advanced Collections, Fixed Assets, Cash & Expense Management, Sub-Ledger Accounting, and Cloud Tax
  • Experience with integrations to third-party systems like Salesforce, Zuora, Bank systems, or RevPro
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage offshore delivery
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills for functional specifications, fit-gap analysis, test scripts, and training materials

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
