Description

You will serve as a senior functional expert for Oracle Cloud HCM and Human Capital Management modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional analysis within Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Manage and optimize the Recruiting module and associated Analytics.
• Support HCM processes through expert-level functional configuration.
• Leverage DBMS and Oracle Database knowledge to support system integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM or Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Deep expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Recruiting modules.
• Proficiency in functional analysis within Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Experience with Analytics.
• Knowledge of DBMS and Oracle Database.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Fusion Middleware.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Compensation Management.
