Description

Lead the implementation of ERP applications across the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud suite.

Responsibilities

• Implement Oracle HCM modules including Recruiting, Workforce Compensation, Payroll, Time and Labor, Talent Management, and Learning Cloud.
• Design and manage HCM business process flows for Onboarding, Talent Management, and Learning Management.
• Execute data migration, data clean-up, and manage complex data models using SQL.
• Develop reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, and SmartView.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of functional consultancy experience.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules.
• Proficiency with OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Experience using FRS and SmartView for reporting.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation.
• Practical knowledge of data models and data migration processes.
• Ability to manage end-to-end HCM business processes.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
