Description

Consult and configure Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation solutions, including Workforce Compensation, Incentive Compensation, Salary Basis, Grade Ladders, and Component Configuration. Set up compensation cycles for merit, bonus, and stock plans, and integrate Compensation with Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Fusion Compensation modules and set up compensation cycles for merit, bonus, and stock plans.
• Integrate Compensation with Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management systems.
• Gather requirements and prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and SOPs.
• Create BI/OTBI reports and HCM Extracts for compensation analysis and budgeting insights.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in compensation consulting.
• Deep knowledge of Workforce Compensation and Incentive Compensation within Oracle Fusion.
• Proven experience configuring and managing Compensation modules.
• Familiarity with Payroll, Benefits, and Core HR modules.
• Ability to conduct workshops and manage stakeholder expectations with HR and Finance teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting configuration issues.
• Experience developing comprehensive testing strategies (Unit, SIT, UAT).
