Description

You will configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM solutions based on business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather functional requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
• Design, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM solutions aligned with business processes.
• Create detailed technical and functional design documents.
• Diagnose, replicate, and resolve complex functional and technical issues.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly between technical teams and business users.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
• Hands-on implementation and/or support experience with Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
• Strong expertise in HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Labor, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to execute action plans.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
• Experience with Core HR.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Redwood UI rollouts.
