Description

You will configure, support, and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather functional requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
• Design, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM solutions aligned with business processes.
• Create detailed technical and functional design documents for implementation and support.
• Diagnose, replicate, and resolve complex functional and technical issues in the HCM environment.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly between technical teams and business users.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
• Hands-on implementation and/or support experience with Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
• Strong expertise in HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Labor, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to execute action plans.
• Experience with Core HR specifically.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Redwood UI rollouts.
