Description

Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, translating HR business requirements into functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, OTM, Time and Labor, and Compensation modules.
• Define enterprise structures, legal entities, business units, jobs, grades, and positions.
• Prepare functional documentation including BRD, FRD, and MD050.
• Manage data migration activities using HDL and HSDL.
• Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live phases while ensuring statutory compliance.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of experience in Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM.
• At least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge of HR and payroll processes.
• Hands-on configuration experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Experience with HCM integrations to Finance and SCM modules.
• Proficiency in HDL and HSDL data migration tools.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud latest releases.
• Knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
