Description

You configure, maintain, and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules, driving end-to-end implementation and application management support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain HCM modules including Workforce Structures, Payroll Elements, Talent Profiles, Performance Management, and Succession Planning.
• Manage payroll configurations for Elements, Balances, Costing, and statutory compliance to ensure legal and business adherence.
• Support data management tasks using HDL and HSDL for uploads, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), handling defect resolution and root cause analysis.
• Handle incident management, service requests, and quarterly patch testing with impact analysis and business communications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM module configuration and functional support.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end HCM process implementation and AMS activities.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll Management, including statutory compliance and costing.
• Proficiency in Data Management using HDL and HSDL tools.
• Experience conducting SIT, UAT, and post-go-live support.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams on integrations, BI reports, and custom developments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with quarterly release patch support and validation.
• Strong documentation skills for functional guides, process documents, and test scripts.
