Description

You will lead functional design and configuration for Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation modules across full lifecycle implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical configurations.
• Design and execute end-to-end HCM implementations, managing data flow and process integration.
• Configure and test Benefits and Compensation modules within HCM Cloud.
• Resolve complex functional issues and provide mentorship to junior team members.
• Manage client relationships and deliver status updates to project leadership.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of expertise in Human Capital Management covering the hire-to-retire cycle.
• Proven track record of 5+ end-to-end HCM implementations, including at least 2 in HCM Cloud.
• Expert working knowledge of Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation modules.
• Deep understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, design, configuration, and testing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing roles.
• Ability to adapt easily to new environments and travel domestically or internationally.
