Description

You will manage Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations and production support tasks in Chennai.

Responsibilities

  • Design solutions, conduct POCs, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Configure Descriptive Flexfields (DFFs), Extensible Flexfields (EFFs), and approval rules.
  • Execute data conversions for workforce structures, worker data, contracts, and salary information.
  • Manage integrations and reporting within the Fusion HCM ecosystem.
  • Interact with clients regularly regarding specific work efforts and deliverables.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation or production support.
  • In-depth understanding of Data Models, business process functionality, and data flow in Fusion HCM.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Data Loader.
  • Proficiency with HCM Extract and File-Based Loader (FBL).
  • Experience using Payroll Batch Loader (PBL).
  • Knowledge of workflow approvals and complex data conversions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.
