Description

You will implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including ORC, Talent, and Learning, across multiple regions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Oracle HCM, ORC, and Talent for global deployments.
• Perform impact analysis and validation for HCM quarterly patches.
• Define functional setups including value sets, concurrent programs, and form functions.
• Conduct CRP and fit/gap analyses throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage issue resolution via Oracle SR processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation.
• Expertise in Oracle HCM and ORC.
• Experience with customization using DFF and EFF.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Workflows.
• Familiarity with Oracle Redwood Design System.
• Experience with Oracle Journey implementation.
• Experience managing project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
