Description

You will implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, focusing on ORC, Talent, and Learning modules across multiple regions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement Oracle Fusion modules including ORC, Talent, and Learning.
• Configure and administer Oracle HCM, ORC, and Talent for global deployments.
• Analyze and validate the impact of quarterly HCM patches.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and lead Conference Room Pilots (CRP).
• Develop and implement custom workflows and resolve issues via Oracle Support Requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HCM implementation projects.
• Deep expertise in Oracle HCM, ORC, and related modules.
• Ability to customize using DFFs, EFFs, reports, and value sets.
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with Oracle Journey and SR issue resolution processes.
• Experience implementing Oracle Redwood Design System.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with multi-country/regional compliance requirements.
