Description

You will lead the configuration and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on specific business needs.
• Execute full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud project implementations.
• Manage core and advanced HCM module setups including Talent and Learning Management.
• Analyze functional requirements and provide technical solutions for HCM processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Modules.
• Proven track record of completing 2 to 3 full Oracle HCM Cloud project implementations.
• Proficiency in Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• Experience with Talent Management, Learning Management, and Compensation Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting tools within Oracle Fusion HCM.
