Description

Lead functional implementations across the full hire-to-retire lifecycle for Oracle Fusion HCM.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HCM implementations, including requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, and testing.
• Manage client interactions through all project phases from initial design to go-live.
• Identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues and problems.
• Mentor team members and manage work allocation, monitoring, and status reporting to the Project Manager.
• Travel domestically or internationally for project requirements.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire-to-retire cycle.
• Proven track record of at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations.
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations specifically using HCM Cloud.
• Expert working experience in Core HR plus either Recruiting or Talent Management modules.
• In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flows.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM, Oracle Applications, and Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Financials, and Database Management Systems (DBMS).
• Strong capability in client management, requirement gathering, and functional design.
