Description

Lead end-to-end functional implementations for Oracle Fusion HCM across the full hire-to-retire lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops, system design, configuration, and testing phases.
• Manage client interactions from initial design through to go-live and post-launch support.
• Identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues within the HCM environment.
• Mentor team members, allocate work, and provide status reporting to the Project Manager.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire-to-retire cycle.
• Proven track record of at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations.
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations specifically using Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Expert working experience in Core HR plus either Recruiting or Talent Management modules.
• In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flows.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM, Oracle Applications, and Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Financials, and Database Management Systems (DBMS).
