Description

You will lead the end-to-end implementation and coordination of large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM programs and complex delivery projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Fusion HR modules, including benefits management, talent acquisition, and performance tracking.
• Oversee requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and the configuration of HR modules to optimize workforce processes.
• Manage data migration and integration between the HR module, payroll, finance, and third-party applications.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, testing protocols, and quality assurance processes.
• Direct change management and training programs to ensure user proficiency and smooth system adoption.

Required Skills

• 10 to 15 years of experience with Oracle ERP.
• At least 5 years of Oracle Fusion implementation experience specifically in Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, and Benefits.
• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Deep understanding of HR processes, including talent management, payroll, and employee relations.
• Technical expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion HR functionalities and integration capabilities.
• Experience managing large-scale programs, business cases, and operating models.
• Ability to lead functional groups and coordinate with HR, IT, and external consultants.
