Description

Lead Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation and enhancement projects, designing solutions that meet business requirements and ensure compliance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Oracle Fusion Payroll (US Payroll), including 401(k), retro payroll, adjustments, and costing.
• Gather business requirements and design end-to-end payroll solutions for transformation initiatives.
• Manage Core HR, Benefits Administration, and Absence Management processes, including Leave of Absence (LOA).
• Support payroll integrations with third-party providers and ensure audit readiness.
• Drive payroll process optimization and reconciliation reporting.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Payroll.
• Hands-on expertise in US Payroll configuration, 401(k) processing, and retro payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll Costing, Reconciliation, and Reporting.
• Experience with Core HR, Benefits Administration, and Absence Management modules.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead implementation projects and manage stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Enterprise implementations.
• Background in payroll transformation projects.
