Role Descriptions: Specialized Fusion Testing - Test end-to-end business processes within and across Oracle Fusion modules (e.g.| Hire-to-Retire)| Core HRMS| Absence| Compensation| Recruitment Onboarding- Validate reports and analytics built using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).- Knowledge of customizations (e.g.| Conversions| Extensions| Personalization| Sandbox| Redwood| Workflows| Roles| DFF| EFF| HCM extracts| Fast Formulas| lookups| User Defined Tables| Profile Options| Custom Messages| BIP Reports| OTBI Reports| Dashboards).- Test inbound and outbound integrations with other systems (e.g.| EDI| SOAPREST APIs| PLSQL).
Essential Skills: More than 5 years of Proven experience as a QA Tester| with a significant focus on Oracle Fusion Applications. Hands-on experience on the following HCM - Core HRMS| Absences| Compensation| Recruiting Onboarding. Experience in writing clear| concise| and comprehensive test cases and plans. Solid knowledge of SQL for data validation and querying. Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g.| JIRA| HP ALM| Quality Center| Zephyr). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
