Description

Design, develop, and support technical integrations and reporting solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and SOAP web services.
• Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports, data models, and bursting solutions.
• Create OTBI analyses, dashboards, and customized reports for Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Configure and support Contingent Worker (CWK) business processes and related integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to HCM technical implementations.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical consulting.
• Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development and support.
• Experience with BI Publisher (BIP) report development, data models, and bursting.
• Ability to create OTBI analyses and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM technical integrations.
• Familiarity with Contingent Worker (CWK) business processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Fusion reporting and report development.
• Exposure to broader Oracle Fusion modules.
