Description

You will lead technical implementations and data transitions within the Oracle Fusion HCM ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle migrations from legacy or third-party HR systems into Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Manage system integrations, data migrations, and technical configurations.
• Configure Oracle HCM security models and user roles.
• Develop technical solutions using HCM Extracts and BI Publisher.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Hands-on experience with system integrations and data migrations.
• Proven expertise in Core HR and Absence Management modules.
• Proficiency with HDL/HSDL and HCM Extracts.
• Experience using BI Publisher for reporting.
• Working knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM security architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft Core HR.
