Description

You will execute Oracle HCM integrations, data management, and reporting as a Techno-Functional Engineer.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute HCM extract, API integrations, and HDL imports.
• Manage data conversion, reporting, and Fast Formula development.
• Develop and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Document technical processes and collaborate with the team to solve complex issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM technical and functional implementation.
• Hands-on expertise with HDL and SDL.
• Proficiency in OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Experience with HCM extract and HCM API integration.
• Strong background in data conversion and Fast Formulas.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Expertise in MuleSoft.
