Description

Resolve complex technical issues within Oracle Fusion HCM SaaS, focusing on Payroll and Benefits modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve configuration and reporting issues in Payroll and Benefits.
• Fix absence deduction errors, configure leave types, and troubleshoot Benefits life event processing.
• Develop and customize notifications, document templates, and UI personalizations.
• Resolve eligibility rule issues and dependent coverage errors.
• Collaborate with business teams to test and validate configuration changes and reporting updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM reporting, data models, and subject areas.
• Proficiency with Fast Formulas, calculations, and eligibility rules.
• Deep understanding of Absence configurations and Payroll calculations.
• Experience with Benefits life event setup, processing, and dependent configurations.
• Ability to perform UI personalizations and notification customizations.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting public sector or insurance clients.
• Familiarity with Florida and US payroll and benefits regulations.
