Description

You will act as a technical and functional expert managing Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and support.

Responsibilities

• Translate HR and payroll business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Configure Core HR, Absence Management, Time and Labor, and Payroll modules to meet business needs.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.
• Execute technical integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL, and FDI.
• Manage end-to-end data migrations from legacy systems to cloud HCM, including data sheet preparation and loading.
• Perform unit, system, and user acceptance testing while troubleshooting technical and functional issues.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve incidents according to defined SLAs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
• Proficiency with HDL, HSDL, Application Security, Workflows, and Alerts and Notifications.
• Experience with Page Customizations, Extensions, and VBCS for SaaS extensions.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Integration tools, OIС, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Apex, and ATP.
• Functional expertise in Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent/Performance, Recruiting, or Learning modules.
• Proven ability to manage data migration and validation during implementations or upgrades.
• Degree requirement: Any Graduate.

• Exposure to Compensation, Workforce, HR Help Desk, and Employee Engagement modules.
