Description

Lead complex Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations with a focus on the Compensation module, bridging technical and functional requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations, owning the hire-to-retire cycle and providing best-practice consulting.
• Design, configure, and build complex Compensation requirements, including writing advanced Fast Formulas.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops, design sessions, and create detailed documentation and workbooks.
• Manage data migration from legacy systems using HDL, HCM extracts, and data conversion strategies.
• Guide technical streams on integrations, reports, and issue resolution while mentoring team members.

Required Skills

• 8-15 years of domain expertise in Oracle HCM, specifically within the Compensation module.
• Proven track record of at least 3 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Deep understanding of Compensation business processes, data flows, and Fast Formula development.
• Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM extracts, and data conversion for Compensation modules.
• Strong client-facing skills for requirement gathering, design, configuration, and go-live support.
• Experience providing technical guidance on integrations and resolving complex functional issues.
• Leadership capability with skills in work allocation, monitoring, and project status updates.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in dynamically changing project environments with strong adaptability.
• Proven ability to negotiate, influence stakeholders, and drive project follow-ups.
