You will act as a techno-functional consultant for a federal project, focusing 80% on functional processes and 20% on technical tasks.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Time & Labor, Benefits, Performance, Recruiting, and Payroll.
Manage the Open Enrollment lifecycle and resolve complex HCM and Payroll system issues.
Execute technical debugging and troubleshooting using in-depth knowledge of Fusion HCM database schemas and table structures.
Configure and manage patch updates for Oracle Fusion versions 24D, 25A, and 25B.
Optimize business processes using Oracle Redwood UX and embedded AI functionalities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, test planning, and end-user training.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
Deep functional knowledge of Benefits (Open Enrollment), Time & Labor, Performance, Recruiting, and Payroll modules.
Technical proficiency in debugging via Fusion HCM database schemas and table structures.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion versions 24D, 25A, and 25B.
Experience implementing Oracle Redwood UX and embedded AI features.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
