Description

You will manage and support Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM SaaS environments and infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM SaaS environments through configuration, user access management, auditing, and instance patching.
• Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications, including migrating reporting objects and OICl objects.
• Monitor application performance, system architecture, and cloud-based service reliability, integrity, and scalability.
• Maintain Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments, covering provisioning, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate with security, network, and development teams to resolve issues regarding system performance, security, and availability.

Required Skills

• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle ERP, EPM, and OTM.
• Experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations and integrations.
• Proficiency in user security, role management, and auditing within Oracle Fusion Cloud and EPM.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) management and disaster recovery.
• Experience managing patching, critical updates, and downtime coordination for ERP and EPM.
• Bachelor's Degree.
