Description

Manage day-to-day operations, technical support, and lifecycle of the Oracle middleware and database stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for WebLogic, Identity Management, and database technology stacks.
• Execute backup, recovery, patching, security, application deployment, and DR maintenance drills.
• Administer Oracle Identity and Access Management, including WebGate, SSO, integration, and federation.
• Support Oracle and MySQL databases using RAC, ASM, and RMAN.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience managing mission-critical systems.
• Proficiency in Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle HTTP Server, and WebGate.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and MySQL databases.
• Expertise in database performance tuning.
• Strong Linux skills, including shell commands and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of Apache and PHP webservers.
• Understanding of network, storage, and server infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Change Management).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent.
