Description

You will own the technical delivery and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud environments, leading complex incident resolution and integration architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead L3 support for critical incidents, performing Root Cause Analysis and implementing long-term solutions for performance issues.
• Manage and enhance integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Oversee Oracle Cloud security, user management, and compliance requirements such as SOX and audit standards.
• Lead and mentor onshore and offshore technical teams, ensuring adherence to SLAs and coding standards.
• Develop and maintain BI/OTBI reports and PaaS extensions using VBCS, PCS, and OPA.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/SCM/HCM).
• Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills with experience in HDL and FBDI data loading tools.
• Experience with BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reporting.
• Hands-on experience with PaaS extensions, VBCS, PCS, and OPA.
• 15+ years of total IT experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in AMS or Production Support models.
• Automation experience using Python or Bash scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities.
