Description

Lead the Oracle Fusion Payroll workstream for full lifecycle implementations, driving solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of payroll modules.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Manage payroll data conversion, validation, and reconciliation processes.
• Oversee year-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Lead SIT, UAT, and parallel payroll testing cycles while identifying and mitigating risks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Payroll.
• Proven experience leading at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations.
• Hands-on experience with year-end payroll processing, including W-2s, tax updates, and balancing.
• Strong understanding of U.S. payroll legislation, tax compliance, and reporting.
• Experience with payroll data migration, integrations, and reconciliation.
• Ability to provide leadership and best practices to functional and technical teams.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and knowledge transfer.
