Description

Lead the implementation, rollout, and support of Oracle Fusion Planning and Manufacturing modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Fusion P2P modules to align with business processes, organizational structures, and industry-specific requirements.
• Capture requirements from business users, author functional designs, and coordinate with technical developers through build, test, and deployment phases.
• Manage production support, including updating configurations, testing, and resolving user tickets within defined SLAs.
• Provide training to client teams on standard and custom P2P solutions.
• Recommend system enhancements, upgrades, and scalability improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience implementing, rolling out, and supporting Oracle Fusion Planning and Manufacturing modules.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Discrete Manufacturing and Plan to Produce processes within heavy equipment manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with PIM, Inventory Management, Demand Management, and Supply Planning.
• Proficiency in Production Scheduling and Global Order Promising processes.
• Strong functional design documentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently to resolve technical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Hyderabad.
