Description

Provide L1 support for Oracle Cloud PLM Product Development (PD) and Product Data Hub (PDH), including post-production hypercare.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and triage failures in customization components.
• Execute Agile data migration processes and manage related incident tickets.
• Conduct quarterly configuration and patch validations and testing.
• Create custom reports and perform API integration testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud PLM solutions.
• Proficiency in Oracle PDH application configurations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion product life cycle configurations and customization management.
• Knowledge of API integration and testing methodologies.
• Experience developing custom reports using Oracle tools.
• Background in Agile data migration techniques.
• Ability to validate and test system configurations and patches.
