Description

You will serve as the internal lead for Oracle Fusion EPM implementation projects, owning scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage project governance, change control, and compliance standards during implementation.
• Conduct status reviews, risk assessments, and manage escalations with leadership and vendor teams.
• Validate solution architecture for Planning, FCCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, and EDMCS.
• Incorporate wholesale distribution requirements (inventory, freight, rebates, SKU-level profitability) into the design.
• Oversee the integration strategy between EPM and ERP systems, including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, WMS/TMS, and external sources.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in consulting or implementation roles.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Knowledge of WMS/TMS integration points.
• Familiarity with EDMCS.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience with SAP HCM or SuccessFactors configuration.
• Understanding of EPM implementation lifecycle.
• Experience managing technical development alongside functional configuration.
