Description

This role leads Oracle Fusion EPM implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project governance, change control, and compliance standards for EPM implementations.
• Conduct status reviews, risk assessments, and escalation management with internal leadership and vendor teams.
• Validate solution architecture for Planning, FCCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, and EDMCS.
• Oversee integration strategy between EPM and ERP systems, including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and WMS/TMS.
• Configure SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and Kronos for payroll, timekeeping, and recruitment workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion EPM and Procurement.
• Expertise in SAP HCM, ECP, and SuccessFactors configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of US and Mexico payroll processing requirements.
• Experience with Kronos Workforce Central for time and attendance.
• Ability to validate solution architecture and integrate with external data sources.
• Proficiency in managing requisition templates and recruitment pipelines in RCM.
• Experience configuring business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of wholesale distribution requirements such as inventory and freight.
• Experience with ONB document uploads and point-to-point integrations.
