Description

Lead Oracle Fusion EPM implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to governance and compliance standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own status reviews, risk assessments, and escalation management with internal leadership and vendor teams.
• Validate solution architecture for Planning, FCCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, and EDMCS.
• Oversee integration strategy between EPM and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, WMS/TMS, and external data sources.
• Configure SAP HCM/SuccessFactors modules including business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions.
• Maintain company structures, job components, and position management within EC and RCM.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SuccessFactors.
• Proven expertise in SAP HCM and ECP for US and Mexico payroll processing.
• Strong understanding of WMS/TMS integration and wholesale distribution requirements (inventory, freight, rebates).
• Ability to design and validate solution architecture for EPM modules.
• Experience configuring Kronos Workforce Central for time and labor management.
• Proficiency in preparing functional specifications, documenting, testing, and deploying solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ONB (Onboarding) integration and acknowledgement document uploads.
• Knowledge of SKU-level profitability and rebate structures in wholesale distribution.
