Description

Lead Oracle Fusion EPM implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables while validating solution architecture for Planning, FCCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, and EDMCS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project governance, change control, and compliance adherence for EPM implementations.
• Conduct status reviews, risk assessments, and escalation management with internal and vendor teams.
• Validate solution architecture for Planning, FCCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, and EDMCS.
• Ensure wholesale distribution requirements (inventory, freight, rebates, SKU-level profitability) are incorporated into design.
• Oversee integration strategy between EPM and ERP systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, WMS/TMS, and external data sources).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in relevant consulting or implementation roles.
• Experience validating solution architecture across Planning, FCCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, and EDMCS.
• Familiarity with wholesale distribution requirements, including inventory, freight, and rebates.
• Experience overseeing integration between EPM and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM and ERP Systems.
• Familiarity with WMS/TMS systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
