Description

You will support Oracle Fusion Procurement systems through production support, technical development, and release management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution for Purchasing, Sourcing, and Supplier Portal.
• Develop and maintain RICEW components including reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows.
• Manage data migration and validation using FBDI/ADFDI and handle REST/SOAP integrations via OIC.
• Create advanced dashboards and reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Update configurations in Supplier Portal and Purchasing, including Redwood page customizations.

Required Skills

• 4–7+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud, with at least 3-4+ years in Oracle Fusion Procurement.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud modules: Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, and Supplier Portal.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with BI Publisher (XML/RTF templates) and OTBI.
• Hands-on experience with FBDI, ADFDI, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience with business process mapping and fit-gap analysis.

Preferred Skills

• OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) experience for managing integrations.
• Quarterly release testing and user support experience.
