Description

You will lead end-to-end quality assurance for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applications, ensuring business processes, workflows, and integrations function as expected.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and scripts to validate Oracle Fusion HCM, Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management functionality.
• Manage end-to-end quality assurance processes for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct detailed testing of Oracle Fusion HCM modules to ensure business processes, workflows, and integrations function as expected.
• Apply Oracle Fusion implementation and testing methodologies to validate system performance and reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Deep expertise in Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management modules.
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance for Oracle Fusion applications.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM and Oracle Fusion.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database.
• Ability to manage end-to-end QA processes.
