Description

Manage and secure Oracle Cloud environments across HCM, ERP, SCM, and EPM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain security configurations and role-based access controls (RBAC) across the Oracle Cloud suite.
• Manage Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) for Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementations.
• Design and document security mechanisms, data security policies, and segregation of duties (SOD) frameworks.
• Support security transitions for HCM Redwood and ensure compliance with PII protection techniques.
• Troubleshoot security-related issues and contribute to quarterly and annual compliance audits.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience supporting access management systems.
• 4+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud product suite (HCM, ERP, SCM, EPM).
• 4+ years of experience in enterprise change control and ticket fulfillment processes.
• 3+ years of experience designing roles and developing data security policies in Oracle Cloud.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Security and Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).
• Practical experience with SSO and MFA implementations.
• Knowledge of SOD frameworks and PII protection.
• Understanding of Redwood security within HCM.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent professional experience.
