Description

You will secure Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP, SCM, and EPM environments through configuration, access management, and compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain security configurations across Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP, SCM, and EPM modules.
• Design and manage role-based access control (RBAC) and data security policies.
• Configure Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) for SSO and MFA implementation.
• Define and document Oracle Cloud security mechanisms, tools, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, PII protection, and segregation of duties (SOD) frameworks.

Required Skills

• 6+ years supporting access management systems.
• 4+ years with the Oracle Cloud product suite (HCM, ERP, SCM, EPM).
• 3+ years designing roles and developing data security policies in Oracle Cloud.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Security.
• Experience with Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).
• Knowledge of SOD frameworks and PII protection techniques.
• Understanding of Redwood security (HCM focus).
• 4+ years in enterprise change control and ticket fulfillment processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
