Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
• Develop and maintain the overall solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Create and document detailed solution designs, including data models, integration points, and security configurations.
• Guide and oversee the implementation of Oracle Fusion solutions from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Act as the technical advisor on Oracle Fusion projects, providing direction to implementation teams and ensuring project milestones are met.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present solution designs, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical matters related to Oracle Fusion platform.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance for the Oracle Fusion platform across the organization.
• Conduct regular reviews of existing systems to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Stay current with the latest Oracle Fusion features and technologies, and drive their adoption within the organization.
• Design and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and other enterprise systems both on-premise and cloud-based.

Experience Required: 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a solution architect role focused on Oracle applications within an international manufacturing environment. Proven experience with at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. Deep expertise in multiple Oracle Fusion modules
