Description

Design and lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud solution architecture, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Create detailed solution designs, including data models, integration points, and security configurations.
• Guide implementation teams through full-cycle deployments, acting as the primary technical advisor and ensuring milestone delivery.
• Establish architectural standards and governance for the platform, conducting system reviews to drive optimization and cost reduction.
• Translate complex business needs into technical solutions, facilitating workshops and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in a Solution Architect role focused on Oracle Applications.
• Proven experience with at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Deep expertise in multiple Oracle Fusion modules and Solution Architecture.
• Strong capability in Integration Design for connecting Oracle Fusion with on-premise and cloud-based enterprise systems.
• Experience working within an international manufacturing environment.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and lead technical teams effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Cloud Certification.
• Hands-on experience with AI and Redwood technologies.
• Fluency in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
