You provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, ensuring system stability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve incidents related to integrations, data issues, reports, and technical configurations.
• Monitor scheduled jobs, ESS processes, and interface runs; proactively resolve failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Support and maintain integrations using OIC, SQL, PL/SQL, BIP, REST/SOAP APIs, and file-based interfaces.
• Develop and support BI Publisher reports, data models, and data extracts.
• Support Oracle Fusion monthly updates, patches, and regression testing activities while maintaining technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion/ERP technical support.
• Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Fusion Cloud applications.
• Hands-on expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Proven experience supporting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience in L2/L3 production support and incident management.
• Familiarity with BI Publisher (BIP).
• Experience managing integrations, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with release management and regression testing processes.
