Description

You will serve as the IT functional expert for Fusion Tax Management, supporting process owners and end-users in resolving production incidents and problem tickets.

Responsibilities

• Configure Fusion module areas of responsibility from CRP/PoC through to unit testing.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to provide functional support during requirement definition and design.
• Plan and execute system integration and regression testing in coordination with the Test Team.
• Own and resolve defects raised during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Liaise with Global Finance, Tax teams, Oracle EBS integration partners, and 3rd Party Logistics providers.
• Manage active Service Requests with Oracle and ensure compliance with SOX, FDA, HIPAA, and GDPR regulations.
• Identify persistent problems and work with stakeholders to address root causes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional support and system configuration.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Configuration.
• Experience with Oracle EBS System Integration.
• Ability to develop test plans and coordinate testing with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing changes through design, assessment, and prioritization.
• Any Graduate degree.
