Description

Manage the implementation, development, and support of Oracle Fusion modules within a global delivery environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end processes including P2P, R2R, PTM, Inter-company, Consolidation, and O2C.
• Resolve production tickets through root cause analysis while adhering to established SLAs.
• Manage Oracle Patch analysis, perform system testing, and report identified risks or issues.
• Debug integrations involving custom tools and external partners such as 3PLs, Contract Manufacturers, EDI partners, and Banks.
• Support period close processes and troubleshoot incidents within Oracle Financials and SCM Cloud.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall experience with Oracle ERP.
• 2+ years of direct experience with Oracle Financials and SCM Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion modules: GL, AGIS, and Tax.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with OTBI report development.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion tables, views, and setups.
• Experience with interfaces, integrations, and Oracle Fusion Middleware.
• Technical background in Oracle Database and Software Configuration Management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vertex tax integrations.
