Description

You will provide technical support and enhancement services for Oracle Fusion Applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design RTF, Excel, XSL, and E-text templates based on business requirements.
• Implement email, FTP, and BI Publisher bursting for various objects.
• Develop and configure ESS jobs for BIP reports and manage OTBI drill downs.
• Liaise with Oracle to resolve production issues and product bugs.
• Handle P1/P2 tickets and participate in the problem management process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or application enhancement roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Proficiency in BIP reports and OTBI analyses across SCM, HCM, and Finance domains.
• Experience developing and testing extracts using BI Cloud Connector (BICC).
• Ability to perform performance tuning following Oracle best practices.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion modules including Finance, SCM, and HCM.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Shell scripting, and SOAP/REST web services.
• Experience with custom objects, application composure, smart forms, FRS studio, or Smart View.
