Description

You will provide technical leadership for Oracle ERP Cloud and RecVue implementations, owning integration architecture, technical design, and RICEW component development.

Responsibilities

• Define integration architecture and technical design for Oracle Fusion modules (AP, AR, PO, FAH, GL, FA) and RecVue.
• Lead identification of RICEW components and guide development strategies for integrations, extensions, and customizations.
• Collaborate with data migration teams to ensure data mapping, transformation, and loading strategies are technically sound.
• Review and validate technical specifications, ensuring compliance with enterprise security and performance standards.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to offshore development teams to ensure quality deliverables.

Required Skills

• 15+ years overall IT experience, including 5+ years as an Oracle Technical Lead (Fusion).
• 7 years experience with Oracle ERP (EBS/PeopleSoft) solutions.
• Expertise in technical design and implementation for Oracle Fusion (AP, AR, PO, FAH, GL, FA).
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud tools including OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, and ADF.
• Experience with RecVue technical components including APIs, data model, and integration with Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Proven track record in designing and validating RICEW components for large ERP programs.
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning, security, and compliance standards in ERP solutions.
• Relevant professional certification required (Oracle ERP Cloud Technical Consultant, PMP, or equivalent).
