Description

You will lead technical stabilization and defect resolution for Oracle Fusion ERP environments post-go-live.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership during post-go-live stabilization of Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Oversee defect resolution for customizations, integrations, and reports.
• Manage RICEW inventory and track enhancement status.
• Monitor and optimize system performance for Oracle ERP Cloud technical components.
• Review and validate technical design specifications for new enhancements and fixes.

Required Skills

• 15+ years overall IT experience, including 7+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Finance, Procurement, and PPM modules.
• Expertise in OIC, VBCS, BI Publisher, OTBI, ADF, FBDI, and ADFDI.
• Proven experience managing RICEW objects and enhancements in ERP stabilization programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of data migration, reconciliation, and interface error handling.
• Strong experience integrating with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Relevant professional certification (Oracle ERP Cloud Technical Consultant or equivalent).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ERP functional modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO, PPM) from a technical perspective.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
