Description

You will support the design, deployment, and troubleshooting of Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions across multiple business domains.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy technical solutions to resolve complex techno-functional problems.
• Translate functional business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Develop SQL queries to extract data and correct existing data extractions.
• Perform functional testing using business requirement test scripts and analyze software log and trace files to resolve issues.
• Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions for users.
• Support 24/7 operations, including night shifts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in techno-functional roles.
• Expertise in at least one area: SCM, ERP, HCM, CX, CPQ, or Field Service.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Java, and J2EE.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, jQuery, KnockoutJS, and Python.
• Ability to develop SQL queries and manage data extraction processes.
• Strong analytical skills to decipher software log and trace files.
• Experience relating product functionality to business process flows.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and OCI.
• Knowledge of security setup and localizations.
